Overview:
This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End 2 End delivery of the Product/Feature. Interact and coordinate with Various stack holders to make sure features/product should deliver on time
- Engaged in requirement discussion with users and convert business usecases into stories for technical implementation
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Defining the vision for the team’s product
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
- Language Japanese Fluent, English Fluent
- IT Domain Business Analysis (BA) experience
Preferred qualification:
- At least of 5 years of strong business analyst experience in IT domain
- Good existing experience in management/maintenance of wireless projects (e.g., phones, data plans, etc)
- At least of 5 years of experience with .NET, java, SQL (preferred) technology
- At least of 1 year of experience in Agile methodology
- Good Business Analysis, Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking skill sets
- Ability to query databases and generate reports
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills
- Analytical skills and good Communication Skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
