Background Information:
We are hiring Project Analyst to support the major project assignments of a prestigious global investment bank. You will be responsible for helping securities operations and trade processing, develops and revises project materials and maintain project documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tracking status of funded/non-funded projects (BAU) changes
- Working with technology, changes and business on changes impacting operations
- Involve elements of driving process Improvement and efficiency through several strategic and tactical level projects aligned to the various teams
- Communicate progress and impediments with securities operations leaders
- Coordinate and provide procedural, technical and/or operational guidance to associates
- Provides numeric and graphic design support
- Recommends improvements in project deliverables

Job Requirements:
- Min 2 to 6 years of experience in related fields
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of securities operations environment acquire through experience and on-job training
- Ability to present well to audience and work independently
- Good time management and ability to perform efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel-Including VBA) is essential
- Preferably well-verse in automation tools (JIRA/Horizon, Excel Macros, Robotics etc.)
