Responsibilities:

Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
Combine models through ensemble modeling

Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Requirements:

Basic Understanding of machine-learning and AI
Knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL, Flask; familiarity with data frameworks such as Hadoop, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, YugaByte), understanding of cloud-native deployments and infrastructure
Strong math / analytical skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or a quantitative field is preferred
Experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst is preferred
Experience in data mining
Experience in product development
