ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:
Cloud Operations Department is responsible for ensuring and operating the company’s commercial
virtualized Telco platform (including hardware, software, and network fabric) and maintain its health and
availabilities.
This includes the acceptance of handover from deployment stages, and trouble ticket management and
problem solving, Level2 or higher support for various workload failures, deployment of commercial
service infrastructure upgrades and patches, continuous Quality Assurance of the service, and
improvement of service elements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a platform to manage Kubernetes/Openstack clusters lifecycle
• Perform system & application patching
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Recognize and resolve all business issues and impact
• Assess urgency of issues and facilitate follow-up and resolution accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems, Computer
Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Linux system administration/DevOps.
• Written and oral business communication skills in English (business level or higher)
• Ability to output necessary reports and escalations inside and outside the team.
Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems, Computer
Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes/Openstack, Docker, and other cloud deployment
technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Expertise with Linux Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Conversational Level of Japanese
