An open position for a bilingual BSA who will be joining the API Factory team at an international, NYSE-listed insurance company.
The API Factory Team is responsible for developing APIs for various projects, and as such this role requires coordination among various project stakeholders to gather API requirements, design API specifications, and work with API developers to deliver the APIs to project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with management, BAs and Biz users to determine requirements
- Developing business cases and mapping business processes
- Creating high level API Interface specifications with request/response structure
- Identifying exception and error scenarios and documentation those for API Developers
- Overseeing the implementation of systems, working closely with technical team members
- Support technical teams with the first-hand analysis of issue/requirements
