Key Responsibilities:
• Keep track of the key projects within the eTrading domain for APAC Rates business
• Work with the local and global dev leads on the status of the project and define the
deliverables schedule
• Interface with local Japan venues, exchanges and venues and manage and own the
communications with them
• Face off with local business to ensure business is aware of any vendor activity and upgrades
• Coordinate and manage the overall exchange and broker enhancement related project and
liaise with the technology stakeholders and business
• Lead project work group meetings and own regular status communications to stakeholders.
• Expected to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior business partners.
• Ensures all project deliverables are managed on time and with high quality.
• The ideal candidate is a passionate delivery lead / project manager who enjoys working on
technology projects and being part of a skill group with like-minded agile professionals.
• Work with technology partners regionally and globally to deliver high quality projects in a
fast-paced environment

Requirements:
• Experienced and dynamic Business Analyst/Project Manager with minimum 5+ years of
relevant experience
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a
matrix organization
• Strong technology delivery capability, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to
problem solving
• Agile planning and delivery experience
• Experience with project governance framework and routines
• Knowledge of Fixed income products such as bonds and swaps is advantageous
• Experience working within technology domain and especially within Global Markets
eTrading is advantageous
• Ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward
• Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decisionmaking
• Have good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to coordinate and work
with different stakeholder groups
• Ability to organize multiple competing tasks and priorities with a rapidly changing
environment
• Independent, highly motivated and proactive
