Daniel Kolbe

Daniel is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive infrastructure and software development experience. His leadership and management skills are based on industry leading standards, including PMI and Six Sigma, ensuring effective process, governance and control across the ITCS Group. Both technically knowledgeable and commercially astute, Daniel is renowned across the industry for developing pioneering business concepts, leading forward thinking change initiatives and developing successful IT outsourcing teams for clients. Prior to joining the ITCS Group, Daniel spent over 10 years as a senior consultant, advising Tier 1 Investment Banks across Frankfurt, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, on major IT Programs.

 

Edmund Gehringer

Originally from California, Edmund joined the ITCS Group with an extensive technical background. He has held senior positions with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Acer, and Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California where he gained significant experience in server, storage, network, and data center infrastructure technologies. Since moving to Japan in 2006 from Silicone Valley, Edmund has delivered major projects for clients that include Merrill Lynch, Nikko Citigroup, Barclay’s Capital and Morgan Stanley.

 

Franky Wong

Franky has been working in the IT industry in Asia Pacific for over 10 years and brings a broad experience of IT Infrastructure, Consulting and Commercial Management. Franky previously held senior positions within global technology consulting companies, hardware vendors and manufacturers. He was an original co-founder of ITCS, establishing the company with the aim of providing more effective and professional services than the existing IT Consulting providers in the APAC region. His enthusiasm and commitment to the business is infectious, and his belief in team work continues after office hours, where he actively participates in his softball, baseball and soccer teams.

 

Brett Mohan

Brett has been working in the Recruitment Industry in the UK, Europe, MENA & Asia Pacific Regions for over 15 years, and brings a broad experience of Recruitment, Business Development, Consulting and Commercial Management to the ITCS Group. Having held a number of Senior Roles within International Recruitment Companys, he has been responsible for the exponential growth of contract, managed service and consultancy departments to service requirements for Global Financial Clients & International Consultancies.

His expertise in building client relationships and providing exceptional service to clients is renowned throughout the industry and provides an excellent fit within the ITCS Group philosophy.

 

Vin Kumar

Vin is an experienced Portfolio and Programme Management Professional with specialised skills in Infrastructure Consulting, Software Development, Business Analysis (Process Improvement) and Front Office roles within the Investment Banking domain. He is knowledgeable on Macroeconomics and Derivatives trading and has held several senior positions at many Consulting firms, Principal Technology companies and Investment Banks.

• Vin has professional certifications in PRINCE2® & MSP® and believes investing in intellectual capital for himself and his staff is essential.
• He has provided an advisory role across several geographical locations, including North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Vin’s strong entrepreneurial instincts and skills in building client relationships, backed by total commitment to high performance delivery whilst leading teams, have contributed to a reputation for tenacity in the industry.

 

Ann Ng

Originally from Beijing, Ann was educated and grew up in the United States, before working in Hong Kong and China. Ann is experienced in business development and management within very varied cultural environments.

Ann held senior positions in one of the largest Telecom Companies in Asia for nearly a decade, and has participated and led various projects, such as launching and marketing new TV services in Hong Kong, property and business development in China, massive asset restructuring & company privatisation, together with many other strategic engagements.

A self motivated individual, whose drive for excellence is completely in tune with the ITCS philosophy. Ann believes in a positive attitude, and her approach of always being ready to learn and create has earned her an excellent reputation in the industries she has engaged in.
